I am passionate about educating non-design teams and stakeholders about the importance of user-centered solutions, bridging the divide between engineering, design, and product.
Web Development
Skilled in low-code tools such as Webflow, Framer, WordPress, and CSS (and now learning JavaScript/Vue), I bring even more value to product/marketing teams.
UX Writing
I am not only a great communicator, I also have a passion for the written word, which has crossed over into my craft as a Product Designer. I create great UX Copy and Product Documentation.

Research & Discovery
I make sure I acquire a deep understanding of the product and its users before anything else through processes such as Competitive Analysis/Market Research, and User/Product Research.
UX Strategy
After gaining a deep understanding of the problem, I work with the data I have to gather requirements, create artifacts such as User Stories, User Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, etc, needed to solve it.
Design & Hand-off
With the research and user experience strategy solidified, I proceed to create the user interface, components and accompanying interactions, with adequate testing and redesign where applicable.
